The Path to Passion Program is a curated educational experience engineered for hardworking job‑seekers and career‑changers who are committed to significant professional growth. This is a structured, high‑touch program designed to build technical and professional capacity and provide a real‑world runway to employment and advancement.

Google Career Certificates (via Coursera) in high‑demand tracks such as IT Support, Data Analytics, Project Management, and UX Design.
In‑Person, High‑Touch Learning:
Weekly cohort sessions in a dedicated classroom environment with structured instruction, hands‑on practice, and small‑group support.
Professional Competency Training:
Build communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, workplace navigation, and job‑search skills using ETMF’s Architecture of Empowerment™.
Dedicated Mentorship & Accountability:
Access to a committed mentor for regular check‑ins, progress tracking, and goal‑setting support throughout the program.

Connection to the Google Career Certificates Employer Consortium, with support for resume sharing, job leads, mock interviews, and placement.
